“We were looking for somewhere quiet to chill for a couple of weeks and Arthur House ticked all the boxes! The location is superb, set in private surroundings amongst a spacious garden. It is conveniently placed over the road from the supermarket and a 2 minute walk to the waterfront, tavernas and bakery. The apartment itself was more than sufficient for our needs. The biggest plus for us however was Arthur and his family, who were very friendly and extremely helpful. We have already booked again for next year!”

“Superb studio, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Good shower with constant hot water and large fluffy white towels changed regularly. This property is exceptional, with lots of extra thoughtful touches to make our stay more comfortable - tea, coffee, homemade cookies and preserves and fresh bread on arrival. Toiletries in bathroom. Comfy bed and pillows, very well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Very central with lovely views of the harbour from the balcony where you can sit comfortably and watch the world go by. Dina is an amazing host - very kind and nothing was too much trouble. She picked us up from the ferry port and took us back again which was incredibly helpful. Such a warm welcome! We would recommend this property most highly to other travellers and will most definitely be returning.”
