"Hanna and Alex are very nice and friendly even though we didn't have chance to meet each other in person, but through the communications over phone with Alex and the sweet handwrtitting note/pastry from Hanna all show that they're warm heart and easy going. All my family members enjoyed this trip so much especially the comfortable accomdation and convenient facilities. QQ garden house is a little bit far from downtown but this is the point we treasured the most- relatively quiet with breath taking seaview and luxuriant green, perfectly fits for family trip. Under Hanna's help, we met a good driver for airport transportations, a nice car renter as well as the housekeeper who helped a lot during our first day. One of the best family trip we ever had and definitely will come back in the near future."
