This downtown Kelowna hotel is just blocks from Okanagan Lake. It has 2 on-site restaurants and a spa. The warmly decorated rooms offer free WiFi. Great hotel! Big swimming pool that was not too busy. Very friendly staff, also in the restaurant and coffee bar. Spacious rooms and excellent beds. We decided to check out a day early because of the wildfires (lots of smoke) and were not even charged for the unused night - very nice!

Great amenities and facilities, even in the cheapest room. Nice big comfy bed. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Kelowna Golf & Country Club is 2.1-kilometers from this hotel in British Columbia. It features an indoor pool with a hot tub, a restaurant and guest rooms with free Wi-Fi. Our flight was diverted to the USA and we only had the room booked for one night on inverted, non-cancellation non refundable booking, however booking.com and the hotel were very responsive and amazing and allowed us to change our booking until the next night with no extra charges. Really made our trip less stressful after being diverted to another country and finally making it to our destination 24 hours later. I would book here again for that reason alone but I like the hotel also, internally the hotel is a bit older but the rooms were great, and the showers were really good. We chose this location so we could do a quick shopping trip across the road before we drove to our final destination. I also love that the pub next door was accessible from the hotel internally and we had a great meal there.

Very good Location. Comfortable and clean rooms with cordial and efficient service. And, especially, the excellent food and service at the restaurant. We didn’t even try other restaurants, we were perfectly happy having all our meals at the hotel’s restaurant. It was that good!
