Our hostess Elea is absolutely wonderful - she is extremely attentive to our help requests inside or outside the hotel and is a warm and kind person making us feel very much at home. The hotel room is extremely clean and spotless and comes with a lot of local gifts for free as welcome. When we arrived early before check-in, the manager on shift invited us for a drink on the house in the restaurant the hotel also owns. Overall, as a well traveled couple, we consider this one of the best stays.

The location is excellent and there are many places around to eat. The assistant is also great, they helped us to book a taxi since we departed at 5:25 from the train station.

Well located in Quebec City, Auberge Jeunesse QBEDS Hostel provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness center, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Amazing staff. They are all helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were always clean and corridor smelt good. This is my favorite place by far, after staying in six different hostels across Canada (west&east).

Cleanliness, good neighbourhood, accessible and near to Old Quebec. They immediately replaced the coffee maker when I reported that it’s not working.
