Located within Victoria's Inner Harbor, this hotel is 623 ft from the British Columbia Parliament Buildings. WiFi is provided in all areas. Free underground and surface parking are available. The location is amazing. Just beside the parliament building - a great base for exploring the inner wharf area. Not much to look at from the outside but don’t let that fool you. Reception did a great job in checking our group in an hour early so we could make our lunch reservation. They located us all beside each other. Reception staff were all Brillant and friendly from the get go. Rooms are very nice - clean and spacious. Microwave and fridge with a balcony. Hairdryer in bathroom is a nice touch. Free parking onsite which they let us park and explore before we checked in. Breakfast included which is so rare to find and it was an amazing spread of hot and continental options. This will be my base whenever I’m back in Victoria for sure.

The service and hotel staff were top notch. The room was amazing, comfortable bed, amazing bathroom with a huge bathtub and the view from our room was the cherry on top. The location was also perfect. Easy walking distance to so many things. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Rooms and whole hotel were very clean. The service was impeccable. Food was great especially the kids' meal. Lots of activities for the family. Lots of complimentary service. Love their bath products too. Complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver! Maybe the faucet can use some fixing. Just minor leak of the faucet sink in the bathroom otherwise, everything was great. Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Very family friendly. Hotel allows pets in certain floors too.

Located along Victoria’s Inner Harbor, this hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool. A hot tub is available year-round. City or harbor views are offered from all rooms. everything was good, I had reserved a harbor view room, and the view was perfect actually at night, it was a bit hot, but they had emailed us before and mentioned that there was a fan and not air-conditioning, and it was ok for me, the room was very clean. everything was good. the location is perfect. The last time I stayed at Hilton but I liked this location more than that.
