Aldi and a lot of other shops is a few minutes walk and a lovely big park just outside. loved everything about this place , definitely a great find. 45 min walk from cathedral which suited us fine. easy to find, host met is there.

Everything was very clean and good prepared. The holder of apartment asked before about our wishes and some preparation that he could provide before our arriving. Many clean towels, super new linen. Instructions for keys were provided also the day before. I liked also a koffiemachine-it was really necessary after a long trip to Koln. It was a tram line on the street, but after a long walking around the city we were so tired to get the noise of it. Also the next day we were not disturbed by any noise. I can really recommend this place.
