The staff was very friendly and helpful at the reception and also during breakfast. All in all it was a very lovely stay with my 7 year old nephew. If we decide to explore Stuttgart a little bit more together I would not hesitate to come again!

This modern 4-star hotel enjoys a peaceful location, just a 15-minute walk from Stuttgart Main Station, and free WiFi. We had 2 very different reservation requirements. A room for me and my husband, and a room for our son and his family. We were probably in the "newer" or more recently remodeled side of the hotel and everything was great. They were on the other side and hopefully those rooms will be upgraded to match what we had. There was nothing wrong; it was just different but made the difference in the appearance ratings. The staff was great. Especially Isa!!! Food out on the patio was very good. The location was a surprise, but we enjoyed being in the quiet neighborhood.

Mercure Stuttgart City Center is a 4-star hotel is near the main shopping and pedestrian area in central Stuttgart. we stayed for 1 night. the location is ok. our room got upgraded. the bed was comfortable.
