The staff were Amazingly helpful and very friendly. Many thanks to them for the restaurant suggestions they gave us. They made our stay really enjoyable. This is a lively hotel with a foyer used by locals as well as visitors. It has a great atmosphere.

Opulent and exclusive Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is located in a Belle Époque palace and offers an experience unlike any other. Everything, from the minute we stepped out of our taxi, was perfect. The staff make this hotel an especially welcoming place to return to after exploring the wonderful surrounding area. We also had the best view from our room. Highly recommended!

Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza is within 200 metres of the Prado Museum and El Retiro Park. It features a 24-hour reception, a restaurant and free Wi-Fi. The facilities are even better in person! Everything is super clean and neat, with a great colorful setup by the reception and coffee table. The staff was the best from the 7 hotels we stayed at in Europe and we booked it 2 times due to them! We wrapped up our trip here and have already recommended it to friends and family. Jose was particularly attentive and made us feel welcome as well as giving us a bunch of places to visit and recommendations. The location was perfect and close to everything as well as being safe and peaceful.

This stylish, modern hotel is located in the south of Madrid, close to the Méndez Álvaro Bus Station. It offers a varied buffet breakfast and free WiFi. staff’s helpfulness, size of the room, closeness to the madrid sur station (14 min walk for me)

NH Madrid Atocha is opposite Atocha Railway Station and is 5 minutes from both the Caixa Forum and Reina Sofía museums. Free WiFi is offered. -Location nearby the train station, walking distance to many shops and restaurants and a large public garden. -Very comfortable bed -This hotel was my last minute rescuer when I failed to get a train ticket out of Madrid - did not regret a restful night in such a cozy place.

voco Madrid Retiro, an IHG Hotel is a design hotel 700 metres from Retiro Park. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen satellite TV. The hotel has its own gardens. Hotel was simply excellent. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Very good location, walking distance to metro and bus station. Staff was very nice and helpful.
