Delicious breakfast, although not for people on a diet trying to loose weight, but then again - who goes to Paris to loose weight 🤪 metro stop is around the corner, so it’s quite convenient. I highly recommend 👏

This hotel is 50 metres from Père Lachaise Cemetery and 260 metres from Gambetta Metro Station, which leads directly to Place de la République. Amazing room with an exceptional view over Paris! All the stuff was super nice and offered small services that one wouldn’t except like just using the toilet hours after we already did the check out, or info on the public transport. We felt welcomed and cuddled all the time, everything super clean. Super nice arrondissement with different food options as well and well connected to the center. Will definitely be back!!

Hotelul Terre Neuve oferă cazare în Paris, la 1,2 km de cimitirul Père Lachaise și la 2,8 km de Bastille. Oaspeții beneficiază de WiFi gratuit. Everything was very good, the staff were super nice, you could ask them for recommendations of good places, they spoke perfect English, they were always nice and helpful. The place is perfect value for money, the rooms are clean, and also we got a better room because it was available. We could not have found a better hotel. Thank you to all the staff for contributing to a super stay in Paris!

First off, ALL of the staff we had the chance to seek assistance from, or to simply get in touch with were both extremely friendly, and efficient in their advice. Then, although it looked and felt like a small feat to climb up to the fourth floor, it actually proved VERY helpful in offering a calm, undisturbed, and indeed noise-free night sleep (due to the height distance from a rather busy traffic lights junction. The room was definitely not the most spacious we have ever stayed in. However, we stayed in only for sleeping. In which case, the bed was comfortable enough for a pair of not-so-fit middle aged couple. And that’s what mattered to us in the end, as far as space and comfort is concerned! The location of the hotel is second to none! An actual 3 meters (10 feet) away from the local metro station (metro station Maraichers, line 9 - follow signs for “sortie 3 - rue d’ Acton”). It may look as a kind of remote station, especially because it doesn’t have a connection with another line. But Line 9 takes drives you through some of the best landmarks and boulevards of Paris, and the hotel/metro station is only a couple of stops away from “Nation”, one of the busiest big squares of Paris. By the way, for those who prefer ground transportation over the metro, Place de la Nation is connected with the hotel through bus 26. The respective bus stops are right in front of Burger King (Nation), and then either outside the hotel (inbound), or right across the hotel entrance (outbound - you need to cross rue d’ Avron)! Leaving the best for last, the obvious renovation of the bathroom really worked miracles, and indeed made the difference for us. Because the super modern and spacious bath renders one’s “tired-to-death” body (and spirit) into a rejuvenated (and ready for a deep sleep) one!
