Within the Mailbox Complex, in Birmingham’s vibrant centre, AC Hotel by Marriott Birmingham, A Marriott Lifestyle Hotel has free WiFi, Black Sheep Coffee shop and a stylish restaurant. It was an amazing location the views from the canal view room was great,room was so clean and they even added some rose petals and a card for our anniversary,and we asked for some flute glasses to drink our celebration drinks out of and they put them in the room for us , staff was so lovely and helpfull,we will 100% be staying here again, also if you love starbucks you get discount off if you buy from there it is located in the lobby which was a pluss as we love starbucks

The stay at this property has always been great and have stayed here a fair few times, my last experience on Friday 8th April was a little less happy, at around 2:30-3 am on Saturday 9th April we were loudly woken up to loud knocking on the door, which happened to be a very intoxicated guest not knowing his own room.. and then to see him urinate right outside.. and after calling the front desk to which the staff member did respond, I’m beginning to wonder how such a intoxicated person was even able to get to the lifts and not be questioned at reception, the following morning we had to raise it agin at front desk to be told this had been noted and was offered a 20% refund on the room rate of £119.. the entire night was ruined for my girlfriend who could not get to any sleep after and speaking to the duty manager in the morning who was fully aware of the incident, I feel 20% was a kick in the teeth and I would have expected much more for the short falls of acknowledging the people walking in and out of the hotel.. I look forward to hearing from the team at the hotel.

The rooms are generously sized and equipped with modern amenities. The staff members are polite and accommodating, and we particularly enjoyed our breakfast experience.

The 4-star Macdonald Burlington Hotel is located in a Victorian property in the heart of the city centre, a 30 seconds walk from New Street Station. Interesting hotel from Birmingham's heyday in the nineteenth Century. I needed to be be close to the train station for an early train and it was perfect for that. Massive very clean room, enormous bed. Lovely full English breakfast with poached eggs that was served very prompty by smiling staff.

Viesnīca Ibis Birmingham Centre atrodas Birmingemas centrā, rosīgajā ķīniešu kvartālā, blakus izklaižu centram Arcadian. I’ve booked the room for my aunty and cousin, as they re travelling from Portugal to come to see her son that’s staying in Birmingham hospital since March this year. Their Englishs not that great, but all the staff have made them feel like home. They’ve helped them finding their way to the hospital, they have printed some documents for them, everyone was amazing and very helpful. As my cousin is staying in hospital for a long term, they will be traveling back and forward for the next few months ahead, and am definitely planing on booking them again at this place. Thanks so much again .
