Was upgraded, and lovely staff decorated room our room with flowers, towel origami and macaroons. We got a room with a big balcony with a view. Room service was quick and food quality was good and was not expensive.

This hotel had a great location situated between St. Paul's Cathedral and the West End theatre district all within a few blocks walking. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were generally great. We will come back again!

Everything :) We actually loved everything about this place. The location is great - very close to two metro stations, a couple of bus stations (one exactly in front of the hotel) and still very quiet. Breakfast was very good and more than enough and the staff wad helpful and kind. And the room was squeaky clean :)
