In London's West End, this 5-star luxury hotel is set in a beautifully preserved Neoclassical building. Excellent service! There was some hiccup during my stay but hotel management took care of everything in excellent manner. Concierge service is exceptionally good.

The Z Hotel Tottenham Court Road se nahaja v Londonu, 200 m od ulice Carnaby Street, 400 m od gledališča Queen's Theatre in ulice Old Compton Street ter prav tako 400 m od gledališča Piccadilly... Best location to enjoy the city - the restaurants, the theatres, the shopping - everything is just around the corner. The room was very clean and quiet with all the modern features - comfy bed, big TV and adjustable heating. Was not my first time in this place and will go back

Thistle London Trafalgar Square is located on a quiet street just off London's lively Leicester Square. Everyone has a problem on occasion. The fan coil was not working and the room was too hot. The desk staff determined the cause and, when the motor had to be replaced, moved us to a bigger, better room. This was just one example of their staff going out of their way to make our stay pleasant: Giving us directions to the theatre, recommending best way to get back to the airport, helping us book an Uber ride. Wonderful people!

Nastanitev Thistle London Piccadilly se nahaja v središču Londona, v neposredni bližini znamenitega križišča Piccadilly Circus, Kitajske četrti in trga Leicester Square. They were kind and helpful. Rose was extremely nice with my kids and she arranged everything what we needed🙏🏼
