Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace, Luxurious penthouse with parking is set in Rīga. It is situated 3.6 km from Daugava Stadium and offers a lift. Everything needed was provided. Beautiful place, too cold to spend time on a terrace, but it looked tempting and nice. Only suggestion would be to think about how to reduce number of trips backwards and forwards to open garage door, then put the keys back in the apartment on leaving as garage doors won't open from inside without the control. (Only a suggestion, but lift was fast enough not to spend too much time on this 😊, so it's not a big deal). Definitely would like to return in the near future again.

I was very happy with the apartment. It is nice, cozy, fully renovated and equipped, clean and well maintained. The landlady was nice and communicated actively and readily. Although she does not speak English we managed to work everything out nicely. You get downtown in around 15 minutes by bus. Overall clearly positive experience, I recommend this place. PS: The district where the apartment is situated is made up of old Soviet style apartment buildings which look both from outside and inside a bit like horror movie props, but if you would like to feel a bit adventurous and experience living among locals away from tourist areas then go for it. :))

Very nice , cozy and clean flat. Our hostness was very supportive and friendly. Everything was like in your own hose, there is everything what you needed. The bed was comfortable. Parking nearby. Kitchen was fully equipped. Make you feel like home. 10 exceptional.
