The overall experience at the hotel was absolutely fabulous from the check in, the counter staff was extremely amiable and communicative. there was no breakdown in communication they were kind enough to lend us an umbrella for the stay and gave us a special couple 1 year anniversary surprise in our room the room was extremely clean, with facilities in impeccable order. the bed was so comfy that we both overslept, which is something only my girlfriend is acquainted with we enjoyed the view and what the staff has provided on the bed as a gift. in addition, the breakfast buffet was gorgeous. I even put my creative culinary liberties at play and dunked a bunch of cereal into milk tea

The room is cozy and clean. I booked this for my mom. She paid deposit with cash and forgot to ask the counter give the money back. After she returned home (Taiwan) she found there is amount of money shortage, then she discovered about the deposit things. Until I asked the hotel trough booking, the hotel then admit the record of deposit haven’t been paid back, that is, hotel didn’t contact first as soon as they aware the above situation. Due to the deposit was paid by cash, return by credit card is unavailable, only cash or WeChat are available. However, since my mom is already leaved from Macau and we don’t have WeChat pay, we only can ask friends in China who use the system, it’s very troublesome. Thanks for stuffs are kind and willing to help. Hope if there is any other event happening again, the stuff can contact clients as soon as possible. Mandarin Oriental, Macau nằm trên khu bán đảo, cách miếu Ma Các và quảng trường Senado 5 phút lái xe. The bay view room is awesome. Facing Macau Tower and bridges. Although hotel does not have shuttle bus, we can take free shuttle bus from MGM Macau to MGM Cotai/ferry terminal/airport. We had a wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary.

From a purely aesthetic point of view, the room I stayed in was the most beautiful and elegant hotel room I've ever slept in, plus the view was very nice too. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and sits on a hill, a very short walk from the Guia Fortress which is the highest point in town. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Enjoying beautiful views of Macau City and the Macau Grand Prix Race Track, the stylish Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau offers an outdoor heated pool, spa and free parking. The accommodations were excellent! Everything was perfect. This hotel was amazing. The staff are incredible and welcoming. The rooms are large and clean. The spa, restaurant and pool facilities are beautiful and well maintained. Best hotel we stayed at on our vacation. Definitely recommend and will return.

Positioned on Macau’s picturesque waterfront, Sofitel Macau offers 5-star waterfront accommodation in Macau's historic quarter, just steps from the UNESCO heritage site and busy city centre. Excellent service, delicious food at Restaurant Le Chinois. Staff was sincere and attentive, making us feel like Sofitel was our second home. Very grateful for their meticulous attention to detail. Highly recommended.
