The property has free WiFi access throughout. the staff were outstanding when I fell on my first night. great job with cleaning the wound and dressing it. then I received a plate of fruit and good wishes from the front desk. this standard was maintained throughout.

If you like to shop, the mall is right there (3 connected malls) with shopping and lots of restaurants . Felt very secure traveling alone.

Location is excellent because it is connected to Mid Valley Mall and very convenient for food and shopping. The room is good size and the bathroom is excellent, love it. Did not have breakfast/

Just steps from Mid Valley Megamall which houses a spa and pool, Cititel Mid Valley is a 5-minute walk from Mid Valley Komuter Train Station. I just surprised with the new looking of bedroom decoration..All is new compare to my last time staying here on year 2019. One of my preferable hotel every time I wanted to stopover in KL due to good location and direct access to Mid Valley Mall.
