Such lovely and helpful people! The location was perfect- the best in all Porto! Less than five minutes walk to the top of the bridge and to get to the main pedestrian drag and to San Bento train station. Se Catedral with the best views of the city is across the street. Ten min walk to any excellent restaurant and down to the river about 15 min. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is brand new, modern, clean and has terrific funky decor. I had a nice little balcony with enjoyable view over rooftops. I could not have been happier. Thank you!

Location great for the city, hilly for the river, but perfect if you don’t mind walking. All staff very helpful, reception lovely, Marianna checked us in, she was very informative and welcoming. All other staff, bar, and room service friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. We were more than impressed. We had lunch a couple of times on the terrace, a peaceful break and lovely food. Quite a tranquil area in the heat of the day, with some shady tables. Superior room, quiet, large & a very nice bathroom.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel! I was not expecting it to be that beautiful :) The staff were also were welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent and close to several attractions in Porto. I wish I could stay longer and I cannot wait to go back soon.

Premium Porto Downtown is located in Porto's historical centre, 800 metres from Aliados Avenue. Staff so friendly and helpful. Hotel had everything you needed. Not 5 star on the eye but 5 star in service , friendliness and cleanliness. Staff so friendly and helpful and patient. Strongly recommend
