A very well furnished hotel in a traditional style, plenty of wooden interiors, very stylish and cozy. The room was spacy and very comfortable. The Bathroom included a bath tub and all necessary accessories. Very cozy even for a longer stay, including a fridge. The restaurant area downstairs currently offers a buffet type of lunch, and a delicious daily menu. The breakfast was excellent in the other restaurant area that's located in the 1st floor of the hotel. The area nearby has plenty of expo, university and office type of spaces, but one can also walk towards the residential area. It's close to the public transport, including metro, and one can even walk all the way up to the Herastrau lake, which is a top part of Bucharest to visit. There's also a non stop grocery store nearby, and it's conveniently located to the north of the city, which makes it easy to reach the airport.

Ew renovated from inside very very clean .. great location in the center of old city beside all the attractions the stuff is very nice welcoming and helpful the rooms are much bigger then all the expensive hotels and the price is less then half.

The hotel is just beside the train station, a few mints by walk. The room is as described - the bathroom is nicer than I expected. The other comments mentioned receptionists are not friendly but I do not agree. They may not speak English very good but they are trying to help as much as they could. Last but not least, please TRY the restaurant downstairs and the burgers are super good!

Renovated in 2018, Crystal Palace Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Promenada Mall and 10 minutes by car from Otopeni International Airport and downtown Bucharest. The hotel exceeded any expectations above and beyond. The staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast is superb with a wide selection of cheeses, meats, veggies, etc. Parking is very convenient right in front of the hotel.
