Lovely staff - both at reception (Ivan) and the restaurant (Nemanja). Also, the night security officer was very helpful - we arrived late at night with a 8-months-old baby, we were accommodated at once, shown all the facilities and we even get help with the suitcases. The property is very clean, our room was spacious with a very large bed (worked great for us as the baby was sleeping in between us two and everyone had enough space). Fast internet throughout the premises, amazing breakfast (tasty food, good selection, large portions) included in the price of the room - great value for money. The hotel is about 20 mins car drive away from the city centre - best to keep this in mind to avoid disappointment. There is a parking, too - but it's a paid one even for the guests.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a stay at Hotel. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff, who made me feel right at home. Check-in was swift and hassle-free, and I was given all the necessary information about the hotel's amenities and services. The room I stayed in was nothing short of amazing. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the luxurious bedding to the well-appointed bathroom. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it was conveniently situated near many attractions and transportation options. This made exploring the city a breeze, and I was able to make the most of my short stay.
