Well located in Kayseri, Four Mansions Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. All staff, including the Manager, Eda at the reception and Esra in the kitchen, were always available and has a very friendly manner. The dinner was delicious and the complementary teas, cookies in the room were a nice gesture. Ideal location: in a newly renovated historical building, right at the edge of the old town but in a quiet surrounding! We stayed in a room decorated in traditional, wood style - lovely and well-equipped. Strongly recommended.

Nestled at the foot of the Erciyes Mountain, the Wyndham Grand Kayseri offers panoramic views, personalised service and a health centre with massage facilities. The booked room was not available, we finally received an upgrade to a suite. It was big and clean. There were some parking problems, being an event in the hotel. The location is very good, you can easily reach the city center. Dinner at the hotel was ok.

Buyuk Hotel is located in the city centre of Kayseri, only 250 metres from Cumhuriyet Square. It offers a covered terrace with city views, and rooms with LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. I did not know what to expect since this was our first visit to a hotel in Kayseri, but in a blink of an eye, all our doubts were gone. The staff were friendly, and helpful beyond measures. The breakfast was perfect, the room was clean, and the hotel is in the mere city centre. Absolutely a great stay!

(actually stayed here November 2023) We were getting the dogu express which leaves Kayseri at 1am so we booked somewhere to rest so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Hotel is a very short 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. When we explained we were leaving very early and wouldn't be there for breakfast they offered to make us a sandwich and this was ready for us as we left! Really kind of them and really great service. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean if a little tired but it was perfect for what we needed.
