Conveniently located in the center of Chicago, Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago provides free WiFi and a fitness center. The apartment was fantastic. It's conveniently located almost next to a metro stop on the red line, making it easy to get anywhere. While it's not in the Loop, you can reach it in just 10 minutes by metro. Additionally, the Magnificent Mile is only about three blocks away. There's a Whole Foods right across the street, and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood for dinner options. Despite being centrally located, I didn't notice any noise during my stay. This could be attributed to the fact that I was on the 20th floor of the building, where street noise is minimal. The place itself was incredibly spacious and clean. Everything operated smoothly with Kasa, from getting the keys to entering the room. The apartment is well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, ironing facilities, laundry machine, and dishwasher, all of which functioned perfectly.

The attention to details. Ambiance. Design. Stellar service. Every single bit of my stay was enjoyable.

Just 3 blocks away from the famed shopping, dining and entertainment on Michigan Avenue’s Magnificent Mile, this downtown Chicago hotel is located in the heart of the city’s River North neighborhood... Nice and central hotel, many restaurants close by with al price ranges. Nice view from the 10th floor. Very spacious room, good beds with loads of pillows. Asked for a wheelchair when we arrived, it broke after a few hours, the fixed a new one from the next door hotell within 5 minutes. Perfect service.

And about breakfast, this was amazing, getting to know Javier and Fannie really cheerfully people and really pay you attention and help you out with whatever you will need.

This 4-star boutique hotel is located in the heart of downtown Chicago's River North neighborhood. The eco-friendly hotel offers an indoor pool and sundeck. From Start to finish this was a phenomenal experience. The staff were so warm and welcoming and fully understood the difference between service and hospitality. The entire staff were very kind and professional but Sarah, Antwon, Caitlyn, and Nancy really made me feel at home. I really appreciated the opportunity to upgrade my room to the spa suite. That bathroom and tub were unmatched. I enjoyed myself so much I stayed an extra day I’ll be visiting Chicago again soon and refuse to stay anywhere else.
