Two Night Stay in Chicago. We couldn't have chosen better. Attentive staff especially Jason. Wonderful and spacious suite with dining area, coffee machine, refrigerator, iron. Impeccable cleaning. The view of the city was the best. Free snacks until 7pm. There is a Happy Hour for food and drink. Breakfast with many options. Wonderful indoor pool, the water could be a little warmer, the Jacuzzi felt good as it was raining outside. In general, everything was wonderful. Congratulations

The whole hotel smelled very nice, it was close to leakycon and had a walking bridge indoors so we didn't get wet in the rain. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

Directly connected to McCormick Place, this Chicago hotel features state-of-the-art technology and connectivity, with over 93,000 square feet of meeting space, on-site dining and a 24-hour fitness... Room was well furnished; pillows were nice and soft; the bed felt similar to my own. I appreciated the darkness of the room for sleeping and the room safe. It was nice to have an ironing board and iron and even better that I didn't have to use it. The Room Service speed was excellent.

All of the staff members had positive dispositions. They were always smiling, patient, and very helpful. Our Desk Clerk Gina was exceptional! Even though this is an older building it was very clean.We also had a great view from our room.
