Best Western Pioneer Inn Very good 8.4 We went to Maui after staying in Oahu for a few days, wow what a difference. This hotel is cute, quaint, and close to everything. We like to watch football, so we ventured out to find places to watch. We found Spankys, Captain Jacks, and Lahaina Sports Bar. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. We rented a car and each day took a tour of a different party of the island. Pioneer had free parking. Great front desk staff, housekeeping and bartenders, even the parrot Alex was friendly. When we do go back to Maui, we will definitely stay here.
The Plantation Inn Wonderful 9 247 pool/jacuzzi, own patio, free parking, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel
Lahaina Bungalow Good 7.4 Airport pick up service was much appreciated! Easy walking distance to the heart of Lahaina. I would stay there again.
Lahaina Last Resort Good 7 Staff and clients were so friendly and helpful. No drugs, clean facilities, secure property and reasonably priced. I'll stay longer next time.
Old Lahaina House Good 7.8 Awesome staff, close to beach and also the town of Lahaina. Clean and cozy!
The Makai Inn Pleasant 6.7 Best place, seaside garden, relaxing ocean sounds and birdsongs, very beautiful owners, thank you, Susie, for your hospitality, for unforgettable days!
Lahaina Inn Good 7.4 The style and quaintness of the hotel. The location is great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very comfortable.
The Tiki Hale Hostel Good 7.9 The tiki hale is incredible. I miss everyone there so much. You'll never want to leave! Such a friendly comfortable atmosphere and they really look after you. Steps from the beach and with great people, you can't ask for more. Mahalo!
The ilikahi Wonderful 9.4 More than anything I liked the privacy and quiet of staying here. Traveling on my own it was great to know I could call Wallace if needed. He was so warm and welcoming and has created a very unique property for those wanting something very special. I am not fond of grande hotels so this suited me well. It's located in a residential area but once you walk down the long driveway and find the place it feels like you are in a completely different part of the island....the jungle!!! -the private treed pathways lead to each secluded unit, then climb up wooden steps to a private deck with table and chairs. -spacious king bedroom and living area, large well appointed kitchen. Nice to have the option to cook a meal although no idea why anyone would want to with so many interesting places close by to enjoy. -lovely Balinese style of furnishing -peace and quiet...I did not see another guest the entire week I was there...I could hear some voices the odd time. -I was so happy I could return to my beautiful space after spending time with friends at their noisy places...wake up to birds and waterfall sounds. -loved the window screens allowing cross breezes -total privacy provided by large palms other broad leaf plants -well located, a 15 min walk to town center; 20 min to outlet mall -the greeting bowl of coffee and treats was lovely to have upon arrival.
