Immediately accessible friendly lobby, great employees for the parking garage who asked very carefully several times whether we need help with our luggage, etc. We will definitely come back again and again! I recommend this hotel to everyone! Price performance is very good. Thanks for everything!

UCLA ligger 2 gader væk. the hotel is good as it is located in a good neighbourhood. Price can be steep tho, but for a 2 star inn, it is one of the best hotels that we stayed at in the whole trip. Breakfast was okay and the room is clean as well.

Located at the foothills of Bel Air and adjacent to Beverly Hills, the W Los Angeles - West Beverly Hills is a luxury boutique hotel that is conveniently situated 15 minutes away from the... the staff. most hotel rooms fit the bill, but room-wise, the W West Bev is marvelous for the price. the HUGE difference is the quality of EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER we encountered. THEY know what real hospitality is. we are a couple of old gay men (68; 76) and after a less than marvelous RECEPTION/stay at a similar hilton property in portland, OR, JUST THREE WEEKS AGO, we both marveled at how delightful the people were at this W location, universally. one refused to take a well-deserved tip for exceptional service, but finally did on my strong insistance. to me, a beacon of the fine training EVERYONE here must get in making ALL guests, even geriatric gay guys, feel so wonderfully welcome. kudos from TOP to BOTTOM... ALL valet, bellman (DJ), the two front desk guys who made a short room-available time wait enjoyable when we arrived a little early... the glorious woman who delivered our take-out food from UBER EATS/Din Tai Fung... and declined a nice gratuity until i insisted... kudos all around, and we look forward to our next visit, even when it'll probably be UCLA Hospital-related... something to look forward to: the best thing a hotel can provide.

The hotel team offered the help that we needed for the trip, which was a summer camp for the students from Taiwan to experience the local culture in the states. Glamorous Beverlywood Residence Near Everything LA ligger i Los Angeles og har spabad. The place was amazing! Big modern rooms, spacious living room and kitchen, also well equipped. We love the backyard, there was a gazebo which was very cozy for morning coffee. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay and the host was soooo nice! Location was also very accessible to restaurants and close to the beach!!!! My family and I are already planning the next staycation at this place.
