The log for the fire was a nice touch in the cold weather . Breakfast was sufficient . Location was good , close to little supermarket . Car parking easy and cheap.

Monterey Marriott features an on-site restaurant and an outdoor pool. Located off Highway 1, it is a 5-minute drive away from Monterey Bay Aquarium. Excellent hotel. Staff were all lovely and welcoming. Valet parking was good service. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Had a washer/dryer on our floor which available for use. Staff at reception thought it costed but is actually free so that’s a bonus. Good location for the Main Street with nice restaurants. Overall great experience.

Hotel Pacific is a boutique hotel located in the centre of Monterey just steps away from the Monterey Conference Center. The heated toilet with tub and shower option was a pleasant surprise. appreciated the free upgrade without asking for one 😬
