Incredible interior design with lot of character. Amenities were very well thought - ie body wash, toothpaste.. with a well sorted mini bar. We loved the Marshall speaker and the belluto chairs.

Perfect location in the middle of the City, you can discover New York by walk or by metro (next to the hotel). Small, but very well arranged room, very comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. Very kind and extremely polite staff. The room is quiet and can be easily darkened, very good relax after after the whole day sightseeings.

Located conveniently in the Chelsea district of New York, SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan Chelsea is located a 7-minute walk from Madison Square Garden, 0.6 miles from Flatiron... We thought the staff were extremely personable and attentive. The hotel was always so busy and in all honesty we observed a lot of rude people from overseas who were quite disrespectful to the staff (particularly to the lovely staff at breakfast) and they were all amazing at showing self control and patience. We thought every staff member we came across had excellent customer service. We would happily stay there again.

I have been choosing a hotel for a long time, I liked the design - photos of the hotel and rooms. In reality, everything is very good, the hotel is not big but very cozy and comfortable, good located. I really liked the cosmetics in the shower (in the rooms) of good quality.

Offering a complimentary breakfast, Hyatt House New York/Chelsea is 2113 feet from the Empire State Building. I liked the facilities in the rooms. We booked a king suite as I have a baby so it made it a lot easier to manage her routine and be able to make and store food for her. The rooms were clean and spacious. I also enjoyed interacting with the staff, they were very friendly and professional. Overall an absolute delight compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in New York.

Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/ Chelsea is a 5 minute walk away from the Pennsylvania Amtrak Station. Great location, 2 blocks from Peen Station, in front of a police station (I felt safe coming back alone at night). Close to MSG, Chelsea Market, many options of subway lines. Breakfast option at the hotel and a great bakery one block away Rooms are not big, but ok considering NY. Cleaned well everyday. Bed was ok and had space to work if needed. Good shower and ammenities. Great TV and internet service Check in and check out super fast. Definately will consider booking here again when I'm back in NYC
