Hotel staff were super friendly and the hotel was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small. The hotel is by some train tracks but with the windows closed you could not tell!! We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

I went to New York for the first time as a solo female traveler. My departure for an international flight was in the early morning, so I was worried about getting a taxi during those hours. I talked to the staff, and they had contact with a driver that could take me to JFK. I am really thankful for that. I also had two big luggages with me, and the receptionist helped me bring them down since the hotel is on the second floor and there was no elevator.
