The location was so quiet and honestly the service and staff was great. Everyone was so so kind and it really made me feel comfortable. The room was worth every penny.

I have previously stayed many times with my family in the past. Although it is several years since I was last there I remembered some of the staff and they remembered me. I found all of the staff went out of their way to make it a good stay from the front desk, concierge, room maids and gym staff. I arrived on a very early flight but was given an early check in and a beautiful room on a high floor overlooking Central Park. Just the view was worth it. I found it very convenient having a kitchenette in the room. I could go across the road to Whole Foods and cater for myself. I also liked using the gym. I like the area and felt safe there. For me it is the only place to stay in New York

Offering complimentary WiFi, the Riverside Tower Hotel is 805 metres from the American Museum of Natural History. This non-smoking property is 2.1 km from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Incredible location, facilities and very welcoming staff. Can't recommend it highly enough
