Customer service is top notch. We had an issue with the credit card on check-in and they very kindly let us check-in with a minimum charge on the card. Located in Orlando, Florida, this resort is 15 minutes by car to Walt Disney World. It offers a gym, outdoor swimming pool and kid's pool, as well as access to nearby restaurants. Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista / Orlando is located in the heart of Lake Buena Vista, just 2.4 km away from the Walt Disney World Resort. The receptionists at the front desk were so friendly and we loved Gary who sold tickets for Disney and Universal in the lobby. Their breakfast had the most options I have seen, and I've stayed in quite a few hotels. We also liked that they switch a few of the options so each day you might get to try something new. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was on point every single day. Having the coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar available 24/7 was also nice. They have a free shuttle to Disney, Universal and Seaworld which is very convenient. There is also a shuttle to 2 of the outlet plazas if you want to go shopping. The cost to stay here was more than reasonable, and I say that considering the fact that I've paid more at other hotels and did not get this standard.

Spring Hill Suites by Marriott Orlando Lake Bunea Vista/Palm Parkway is 3.8 km away from SeaWorld Orlando. Guests can start their day with a complimentary hot breakfast and then take a dip in the... we had an amazing stay here, breakfast was fantastic kids loved the mickey mouse waffles, pool area was clean and tidy and the fire pit was great we enjoyed sitting around this on an evening. staff were helpful, all in all 100% would recommend and stay again
