And I tried everything with care, too. Children saw full stars through the windows on the roof. And my family admired the Alps and lakes that spread out on the terrace. The bedding and all the facilities were clean. Communication with the host went well, too. It is a place I want to come again if I come again!

We had a separate bedroom for the kids with two single beds and then a queen bed in another room. The location was amazing with the bus stop next door and the train station within easy walking distance if you didn't want to catch the bus. The Christmas markets within a 2-3 minute walk. The view from our room was amazing.

Great sized room for our stay with a baby and toddler. The room was perfectly set up with a cot, baby change mat, nappy bin and souvenir soft toys for the kids. Couldn't ask for better service. The hotel is grand, very clean and the spa facilities where outstanding. We had food in the Montreux Jazz Cafe and it was also lovely.

I booked a family room, it is specious. The optics of the villa toscane is ok. We ate dinner at royal plaza restaurant, it was fine. A small variation but you can still find someting to eat.

A family run business and they were fantastic people, very informative, kind and funny. It is an older style hotel, but our room had been renovated. While it wasn't as new or modern as some places we stayed, it had its own character and the view was amazing. Highly recommend staying there. We will stay there again when we return. Loved it.
