Everything was great. Nice room, with good bed, big bathroom with all what you need. Very good breakfast served before official time (we had to leave the hotel very early). Hosts were very kind. There is even a balcony.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the centre of Saas-Fee but in a quiet location. It's architectural design is beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The toiletries were really nice. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We really appreciated being able to have an early breakfast and being given a little bag of snacks and water after we came back from a long day in the mountains - it is small details like this that really makes this hotel special. Room service was great as well. The transfer service to the bus station was also excellent. We highly recommend this hotel!

The size and furnishings of the room. The Italian Restaurant had excellent food and friendly service. Breakfast buffet was great with nice choice of items.

The place was very clean and so comfortable. Great mattresses, comfy duvet. Even though it was hot outside, the temperature always stayed pleasant in the apartment. The host was so lovely, wrote a warm handwritten note to welcome us, provided a fruit basket and free delicious coffee. We would love to return!

It was a really perfect stay. The appartments is located in the very center of Saas-fee town. It takes just 5 minutes to walk to the ski lift. You can even choose one of the lifts around. The appartments are so cozy! The kitchen is great equiped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. The british cosmetic in bathroom smels so nice! Very big balconies and amazing view even in the evening. We loved everything about our stay in britannia!
