The location, the staff, the facilities, the room, the rooftop pool, everything was excellent. Security plays an important role as there is always someone at the entrance to welcome guests (not just the new arrivals), and they are very professional. We felt very taken care of, and the location allowed us to arrive at the most important points in the city by foot. (Including the Barceloneta beach). Las Ramblas was 1 minute away, and Playa Catalunya was the focal view point from.the rooftop (also 1 min away). The hotel design is warm, neutral and earthy.
