The caring of the staff was exceptional, we really felt taken care of and that our needs are important to the staff. For example, our kid had his nap usually when the cleaning ladies were supposed to clean the room, so the receptionist sent them again after he woke up. The staff is very caring and nice. It made our stay much much better than normal.

The location was excellent as was the apartment and everything was very simple i.e. reception had our keys and they communicated with us before we came to find out our arrival time. Staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. We'll be back!

Traditional building with modern facilities inside. Quiet side street very close to Passeig del Born. The front door is accessed via a small flight of stairs and the property has rooftop views from the third floor terrace. The owner has provided many handy items at the property, we found the beach towels very useful. Overall it was perfect for our stay and the owner was excellent in communication.

This hotel is truly a safe haven in the heart of Palma. We loved both swimming pools, the garden is Oasis and so quiet and nice and the rooftop has more sun and and nice view. The room was very comfortable. I loved everything about this hotel and truly will return.

We spent 5 nights in Loft 7 and had a wonderful vacation. We arrived very late at night and the host arranged an easy entrance for us. Bottles of water, coffee pods and olive oil waiting for us was so nice as all the stores were closed when we arrived. The apartment is large, has lots of natural light and is impeccably clean. The hosts responded within minutes with any questions or recommendation requests. It is located in a shopping area with many restaurants within walking distance as well as the cathedral and the water. Half way through our stay housekeeping came in-another nice bonus we weren't expecting. Parking is hard to come by and the garages are expensive. The parking pass offered by the host saved a ton of money. I would definitely stay here again.

Super great place. Feels like home away from home instead of the typical hotel room. Also to have a nice clean kitchen and laundry facilities. It was such a welcome part of the trip. We loved it very much.
