Spoke to a friendly lady on the phone. She immediately answers the phone and sends the right information. It's nice that the car can be parked in the garage. The apartment was clean and hygienic.

A beautifully appointed apartment that was a treat to stay in, Louis the proprietor was beyond helpful and made the stay easy and pleasant. A great little outdoor area and good kitchen facilities where well appreciated. Will be our first choice next time we come to Paris

Everything - including the location , cleanliness , facilities and the host . I will recommend this stay, it’s within close proximity to the bus stand, metro , RER and very well connected to Paris and all the attractions . It was like home away from home and the host helped us with everything and was very friendly.

Arrival in a place where you are really welcomed with a big smile and a really warm welcome. It's a real pleasure especially whether the receptionists or the housekeepers, all the hotel staff are super nice. The receptionists are really friendly and explain the proper functioning of the hotel in detail. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the hotel. The location is well located, very secure and close to everything, whether for the metro, the bus, restaurant or supermarket. I recommend this magnificent and peaceful place to anyone who wants to go there 2000% it will be without regrets❤❤ With great pleasure for sure i will come again with my eyes closed🙏🏿👌🏿 A big thank you to all the staff.

Everything was fine during our staying, the staff was very responsive to our requests. The room is, indeed, very small, but we had everything we needed. The breakfast was good.

We had a great time staying with 2 adults and 2 kids in the apartment for 5 nights. Everything was very clean and we felt very welcome the whole time. The landlord is super friendly and was available via phone at all times as well. We were positively surprised by the nice location of the building. Everything is within few minutes walking distance (super market, bakery). All public transports stop very nearby (bus, metro lines, RER C). It took us less than 40 minutes from Gare d'Est with a single bus line for example. You reach any 'tourist spot' within 20-40 minutes door to door essentially. We can highly recommend this place. It could not have been better for us as family.
