Very quiet place, nice neighborhood, extreme friendly hosts, 4mins to the groceries. I love everything about the house, thanks for hosting us! Even we left something at the kitchen the hosts were so kind to wait us for it. Can't be thankful more for our trip to Cottage Perla Vita. Easy private parking in the yard, friendly cute pets! The kitchen has everything we need for cooking, the shower is nice. Also the place is just a few minutes from highway. I would recommend anyone who wants to take a trip in Cannes/Nice/Antibes area to think about this beautiful house.

I loved this accommodation. It was so peaceful and comfortable, and was indeed very spacious. The fridge, microwave and kettle were a great bonus for self-catering, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. The additional coffee maker was a real treat. Buses into town leave regularly from a bus stop a short walk away, and the nearby hypermarket was very convenient. I loved looking out onto the garden, particularly in the morning. A really nice stay, and amazing value for money. Thank you for a great stay 😊👍

Amazing place, very clean and stylish. Everything was as advertised and maybe even better. The owner is a wonderful person, very helpful, friendly and understanding. She pays attention to details to make your stay unforgettable. I would definitely like to go back there!

the apartment is part of a private home of a very nice elderly couple - the price (mipim…) was absolutely fair and all tidy and clean. the apartment interior is partly 70th but all functional and good bed - spacious as well

I liked the space and especially the kitchen. The flat is very well equipped and it has everything you need. The aerea is really nice and the view is quite relaxing. The staff is really friendly and helpful if you need something. They would always answer you quickly and make sure that you are fine during the stay.

The rooms were spotless and spacious. There was a balcony that was lovely to sit out on in the evening. They had a fully stocked kitchenette that would be very handy if you were staying for more than a night. We were only there for a short stay. We arrived at 7pm and left at 6.30am so didn't get to use any facilities in the hotel. But for the time we were there we were very happy
