Before arrival we were clearly informed how we could check in independently. We found a very clean and very well equipped modern apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, in the living room two nice sofas. Two clean bathrooms and two spacious bedrooms. A more than sufficient private parking space and within walking distance (within 2 minutes) of the sea). Communication with Elsie was digital but fast and efficient. It is highly recommended.

Staff very friendly,helpful and we had contact all the time, very quick responsesto all our needs. Clean apartment exactly as described, we asked for parking and they booked for the stay just 2 min waking from the location. Very pleased even we had a child with us , there were toys and safe space for a 2 and a half year old child.

Elegant, comfortable and fully equipped flat situated in architecturally and historically interesting former hotel, close to the sea and shops. The happy family holidays spent here over a century still seemed to be part of the ambience. We loved it all.

The children liked the bunk beds, breakfast was a nice suprise in comparison with Holiday Inn Express hotels, and the view to the sea from the restaurant is nice. The hotel also has a decent dinner menu, with relatively affordable options for children. Staff are friendly and the location, close to the beach is great for sea lovers and families with children.

Spacious enough for a family of 4. Location was great, right beside boscombe town centre, 12-15 walk to the beach and a comfortable 40 min walk to Bournemouth pier. I particularly like the child friendly touches, beach toys, high chair, and plastic cups, plates, bowls, cutlery etc available. I would be v happy to stay again.

Close to the beach and other shops which is very convenient. We had a misunderstanding at the end of the stay with the staff and how the flat was left but they were always very kind, everything was solved and we received our deposit back

Lots of room for families and stuff for the kids to do (air hockey was a big hit with our kids). But the staff make the place - so polite, kind and helpful, they were always patient and polite to us and in particular our 8-year-old. They deserve a special mention as they were all superb.

It’s really well equipped for both adult visitors and small children visiting. The children’s room had a lovely selection of toys and the kitchen had a selection of toddler cutlery and plates, so it was a lovely home from home for all the family. The garden was a wonderful space too. The property had lots of lovely homely touches, and it was an exceptional space for a stay.

We are a family of 4 with a 2 year old and 6 month old. The hotel was extremely comfortable and child friendly. The family room was clean and spacious. The hotel was located close to Bournemouth beach and there was loads of available parking. We had breakfast in the morning which was nice. Overall everything was very well organised and we have no complaints. We even had the pool / Jacuzzi to ourselves for a morning swim which was great for the kids.AnneFamily with young children
