The staff were very friendly engaging in conversation and greeting you whenever they saw you. All the staff were genuinely happy to be there you could tell it was a family run independent hotel not some anonymous chain. The location was superb overlooking the river and also a short walk to the town centre through the church grounds , this was a last minute change of venue , we are VERY glad we found this hotel and we will definitely be going back.

It was quirky but so convenient to be able to check in after 11. Everything was there, from breakfast to cosmetics, a great hair-dryer and even outside space. Unique! Definitely stay there again and recommend to friebds

Supper and breakfast were great. Very handy to the Bournemouth airport with a short taxi ride. Taxi company recommended by hotel was excellent also: on time, clean, reasonable!

Clean, comfy, safe, excellent location (located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, very close to 2 bus stops and many other services like restaurants, shops, etc.; also like 2km close to the beach/bay, and around 3km close to the town center of Christchurch). A good breakfast option (free or included in the price: cereals, milk, coffee, tea, croissants and pains au chocolate. For an additional cost (7 GBP approx.), you can order an authentic yummy UK breakfast (egg, sausage, toasts and beans)). The host (David) was welcoming, and attentive to any requests or inquiries.
