Stylish and warm with a real family feel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, warm and the beds were so comfortable. The staff were lovely and in particular Joe who didn't miss a beat when we arrived late to check in (he was in the middle of serving a full restaurant) Joe was back on hand to take our order and serve breakfast with the same polite enthusiasm he showed the evening before.

Our Second stay here which was relaxing as ever.A great stay at a wonderful location with excellent food service and accommodation. Peaceful walks and easy access to the hills, we walked in to Malvern and the amazing views from the beacon. A wonderful peaceful retreat, great food.

The room is big, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was not included in my charges. The view is the city view, not the hills. There is a pub downstair which is quite noisy at night..however, I still can sleep soundly.

Great location, lovely hotel , staff were very welcoming and friendly , we liked that you could pay for an early check in and park on site. The room was lovely , very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar. The breakfast was very good , great menu choice .
