Located within 10 minutes’ walk of the London Gatwick Airport’s South Terminal, this newly refurbished modern hotel offers king size beds, family rooms and stylish bedrooms all with individual air-conditioning.

We had to book a room for four last minute due to a flight cancellation. Although we arrived 10 minutes before the bar closed, they still let us order dinner, and then didn't hurry us along to finish. There is no full restaurant, so the food menu is limited, but you can get warm food (pizza was perfect for how hungry we were). Ordering through the tablet is honestly no hassle, you still get plenty of interaction with the staff (who were very friendly and helpful both that evening and in the morning). Room was clean and comfortable, as expected. We also used the gym in the morning. Standard small-size gym, with running machines, stationary bikes, weights, and some other small things. I would say the weights are more catered to men, as the smallest is 10kg, but overall decent for a short stay. Two options for breakfast, either full English or continental, both buffet-style. Food was a little overcooked, or had been sitting out a little too long - we did arrive near the end, to be fair. It's a really short walk back to the airport, so incredibly convenient. Would definitely stay here again in a pinch.

Great hotel, purposeful being so close to the airport and they’ve upgraded so everything is clean and fresh. A big shout out to Kevin who showed me around the executive lounge and was nothing but helpful in making sure my team and I had somewhere to sit and work throughout the day due to flight delays. Can’t thank him enough and his team for accommodating us.

Very nice accommodation close to Gatwick Airport that I used due to the early morning flight. Super nice hosts, easy check in and check out. 15 minutes walk from the train station. Even that I had to check in super early they have prepared me a take away breakfast bag, which was a super nice touch. Highly recommended!

Great location for an early flight for a family with 2 young children . Unfortunately a very loud noise in /above our room all night (perhaps faulty boiler?) called reception but told no maintenance person available to look into it. Offered no discount or further support. Did not sleep a wink!

We needed to catch early morning flight from Gatwick and decided to move from the centre London the night before. It is a family run hotel, it was close to a train station ( about 10 min walk). The room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast starts early in the morning so we could grab coffee and some snacks for the kids (unlike north-american places that start at 7am) We also like that you can arrange airport shuttle with a front desk. Front desk staff was very friendly and helped us bringing the stroller upstairs to the room.

even for 1 night room is super small for a family with 2 kids and a pram - otherwise it was clean and super handy to catch a very early flight. however not easy to locate in the airport, not many signs to indicate hotel entrance.

The fact that my whole family could fit in the family room because having 2 teenagers and 2 toddlers usually if booking in hotels we would need two rooms. But here we were given a family room which was perfect for our early morning next day flight. Close to Gatwick airport. Had fridge in the room with some water bottles provided. Comfortable beds.

The location was great, we stepped off one plane and travelling alone with two children and heavy bags it was so convenient. Having stayed at some others where you need a shuttle bus to reach this was fantastic and within the terminal. Wonderful large atrium dome on arrival with bar and restaurant with great vibe and within easy reach of the M and S and WH Smith in the terminal. Good size family room and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Fabulous toiletries, touch of class.

The hotel it’s self is very convenient great location so close to the airport, when we arrived after travelling 10/11 hours we were tired we went to receptions the lady on duty was that polite honestly she could see I had my hands full with three kids, I had to ask her questions like were is our room located? To which we got over there. The restaurants didn’t seem family friendly either so we eat in the room and got charge £5 per tray.
