Our stay at the ArtView villa was really amazing. The enviroment and the house had a sense of relaxation with absolute perfect view in the sea and the sunset. The hospitality was impeccable, ensuring that our every need was met with warmth , making us feel truly welcomed. The rooms were also very clean and well-decorated.

Excellent villa with a spacious, clean and beautiful rooms with breathtaking views (It looks better than in the pictures on the site). The host was discreetly close to us and always kind and happy to provide us with high quality services. The kitchen is very well equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, oven and electric hob. All cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and other useful utensils were very clean and functional. The refrigerator was loaded with drinks and food - wine, beer, ouzo, butter, honey, bread, ham, cheese and more. Washing machine (include washing liquid too) iron board, iron and hair dryer. Everything was on point! Wide terraces with comfortable furniture, where you welcome the day with a cup of hot aromatic coffee. The cleaning was done every two days. Perfect location for exploring beautiful beaches and villages the Sivota bay available in minutes by car. We really enjoyed our stay in Théa Boutique Villa in Sivota! Highly recommended!

The location is wonderfully peaceful. The view of the sea and distant green hills is beautiful from the patio and pool area. The owners have done a great job with landscaping and design of the villa to keep with the spirit of traditional stone construction. The other villas and hotels in the vicinity are also well done with obvious pride which brings a unified yet not overbuilt ambiance to the locale. Easy access on foot to Sivota restaurants.

The pool is fantastic, the apartment is really new and beautiful. the hosts are really kind and they gave us olives, olive oil and soaps as a gift when we left.

Spacious house, well appointed modern interior, very comfortable and clean. The room was equipped with useful amenities, especially the coffee machine! Very polite and helpful staff.

We had apartment on the first floor and it was amazing. Living room + two bedrooms. One bedroom has its own balcony, while from living room you can access 2 balconies. One is so big that my kid was able to play on it. It is not really in a center, but not far from it. Nice and calm area for those who like to enjoy nature and some quiet time. Everything was clean, kitchen was well equipped with microwave and coffee maker, we always had hot water in bathroom, every room had big wardrobes so you can be comfortable and TVs. Host is amazing! We were travelling with 2 year old and they prepared baby cot for him even if it was not an option! Really big like for this! If we come back to Syvota again, this will be our option! Thanks for the gifts ❤️️
