Great older inn with gorgeous gardens with lots of little places to sit and read a book or relax. We had drinks on the patio set amid beautiful plants and flowering bushes and had Sunday roast which was good.

I booked this accommodation as part of a business trip on behalf of two colleagues. They could not praise the accommodation enough. From the moment they arrived until they left again everything was perfect, starting with a very warm welcome and friendly host. Plenty of parking. The accommodation itself was very clean and cosy and they mentioned the peace and quiet along with the stunning views were ideal for any getaway. The little touches like having the essentials there on arrival so you can relax with a cuppa after your journey just summed up the thoughtful approach this host has taken. We look forward to staying with you again next year Noel and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

The location was ideal, so close to Waterford city and Tramore. The beds were extremely comfortable with gorgeous bedding/ sheets used. The host was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The owners were extremely helpful and willing to go to great lengths to help you. The house is a great size for a family. We were very happy with our choice of place.

we loved the bed. very very comfortable. we also loved that our room was across the waters. such a gorgeous view. we love the facilities such as the swimming pool. the food in the bar was absolutely delicious and breakfast was also very nice. wonderful staff also

Beautiful home, right off the square and close to a wonderful breakfast place. Importantly, so very close to all the historic places we wanted to visit in town. We were able to walk everywhere.
