It has perfect location at the hill - you may expect really beautiful view on Perugia, Assisi, Spello. Also beautiful sunset and sunrises only made that feeling of staying there better. People there are extremely helpful- we had some additional requests and they gave us all we needed. Swimming pool is another reason why you may want to go there.

We loved everything! The room was spacious and very clean with new furniture. The property is fenced all around and you can go for beautiful walks in the woods being safe from wildlife and you can pick as many asparagus as you see, they are everywhere!. The owners are just exquisite people they helped us get around the villages and even offered to take us walk around the many tracks nearby. They are just fantastic and we will definitely be back! Thank you again

Large one bedroom apartment, very clean and well equipped. Good Aircon in the bedroom. The balcony had great views especially at night. Large pool with plenty of sun beds. Had a laundry we could use.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our road trip through Italy. What a beautiful location. One of the best views I had in my life during diner. Enjoying the great Italian cuisine during an amazing sunset! What a gift. We enjoyed our room which was very nice and also the pool was great. Specially during the high temperature. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really recommend this wonderful place. I hope we come back some day.

Quaint hotel in small hill town. Amazing staff, historical building (updated), and the dinner at the restaurant onsite was absolutely magnificent!

Really nice garden and pool area. Good location to start trip around Umbria. Liked that it was possible to get breakfast with home made jam and cookies.

Our weekend here was great! The staff was extremely kind and friendly and welcomed us like friends. The place was very calm and relaxing and we got to pet their dogs and cats. The location was also really handy as it was on the countryside, so it had a quiet surrounding, but at the same time it was close enough to Perugia and Assisi to go there for day trips. I would 10/10 recommend this place!
