The apartment was very tidy and the kitchen well equipped. Because the complex is not located in the center of the village, most shops are only five to ten minutes walking away, with the exception of a convenient supermarket located on the other side of town, but you'd then probably use a car for transporting your groceries anyway. The apartment complex is closer (than the rest of town) to the chair lift going straight into the Merano city centre and this is free of charge for Franziskus guests. The pool and lawn were very well kept and appreciated by guests too, never crowded.

Patricia, her family and her staff do an amazing job of making her guests feel at home. Our apartment was clean, easy to cook-in and pet friendly. The breakfast served daily is fresh with many home made wonders. And the views from the breakfast/lounge terrace is spectacular. The salt water pool is clean and surrounded by fruit trees and herbs. There are walking/biking trails towards several nearby castles, the towns of Tirolo, Merano and much more, so bring your hiking boots. We were also able to plug-in our hybrid car at the hotel. We definitely look forward to visiting Innerfarmerhof and this region again and again.

Outstanding friendliness of the staff, very delicious breakfast buffet with a broad variety of choices including a lot of local food. The setting on the terrace is superb, how better to start the day watching the valley of Meran with a hearty breakfast? The dinner menus also are incredible. Together with the delicious cocktails from the bar ... unforgettable.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at reception (very thorough tour), breakfast and when we had a problem they came up to attempt to fix it quickly. Nice spa and quiet room. Very good views from our terrace.
