Close to the airport and he makes the transsfer for us. Its very helpfull due the flight times of this airport. The room is big and the kitchen has Owner was very nice and helpfull. We were with our baby and the size of the room was good

We stayed at Il Piccolo overnight during an overnight layover at Fumicino. We didn't really expect too much in the stay but the quality of rooms and service brought me back to write the review. The location is amazing and close to the airport. The B&B is next to a beautiful branch of river Tiber. The neighborhood is very lovely and quiet. They have two rooms that look like they were their kids' rooms. There is a nice little dining area and a fully functional kitchen. There are some nice restaurants at a walkable distance. Our flight was delayed and we arrived much later than the time we had informed. Host greeted us and showed us around. The rooms are well-decorated and match (or maybe even beat) the quality of a standard room in a business hotel. Next morning he was up there and prepared a very nice and complete breakfast. They deserve the rating.

Nino was an amazing host. We hadn't expected to stay in Italy and so we weren't prepared for my telephone and internet package not working. His airport shuttle service was a real bonus and he helped us get around to enjoy the location ( great little beach there). The room was excellent. Bed very comfortable and it had a little deck off it where we could enjoy a glass of wine together privately. There are also other areas outside that you can enjoy. Breakfast was excellent and there were a lot of options to choose from. Overall we loved our stay there and would go back again.

Very close to the airport. Owner helped arrange transport. There is a great selection of breakfast foods, including milk and yogurt, and even some pasta to cook. The owner directed us to an Italian restaurant a block away as well.
