You know you'll enjoy your stay by how you're greeted and treated at the reception. Having traveled for nearly 21 hours and arriving on a cold and wet winter afternoon, Marco was warm and most welcoming. The check-in was abreeze. I requested for a room with window and was not disappointed. Decent room size with queen bed and practical layout. Bed, pillows, and linens were super clean and comfy. Ensuite bathroom with high pressure hot/cold shower and basic toiletries are provided. Location may seem outskirt from Milan city, but there is a tram stop just across the road from the hotel's entrance. Thus, it is convenient to get to anywhere. Cafes, restaurants and a large supermarket are 3-8mins walk away. I was skeptical about its location at first, but I am really glad I chose this hotel. I had a very good experience at this hotel and I highly recommend Hotel Morfeo Milano! Thank you for the great customer experience and I will undoubtedly stay here again..

Damiano is an exceptional host. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were all right. Always happy to help. Kids loved the Harry Potter theme. Good location.

All praise to the owner, who was very kind and always available for support. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, in a great location with the metro station a 5-minute walk away. Mostly everything above expectations. One room is a little colder, but that's not a problem, on the contrary, it's an advantage, because the temperature can be adjusted separately with two separate air conditioners available.

Hotellet ligger centralt i Navigli, nära till restauranger, barer och tunnelbanan. Väldigt fint hotell, smakfullt inredd med takterass och pool och ett fantastiskt utsikt! Fina rum med allt som man behöver: bland annat dryck och godis utan extra kostnader i minibar. Väldigt bra frukost med stor variation samt bland annat juice, vatten, te och godis hela tiden tillgängliga för gäster i lobby utan extra kostnader - verkligen super trevligt!!! Personalen - första klass, snäll, hjälpsam, löser alla eventuella problem som kan uppstå. Best choice!!!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the apartment. The location was very close to metro and the interior was very nice, calming. Everything was very well thought from the welcome snacks to towels. Tommaso was very helpful and quick in communication. I will for sure recommend this place and will stay again when we come back to Milan )

From being greeted to settling in was a delight. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay again, my only critique would be that the aircon was not good. Didn’t matter on this occasion, however if the weather had been hot, it may have been too warm. (To be fair, we did not mention the aircon, so we could have been doing it wrong) Great location.

The breakfast offering was AMAZING. Truly beautiful fresh delicious food of the highest standards. We would stay at the hotel again just for for the breakfast. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Loved the outside gardens and courtyard. It’s a real sanctuary.
