The host, the room, the bathroom. Great communication, friendly host, secure gate/doors. It was only me on the second floor, hence very private, quiet and secure. Black out automatic blinds are great! The checking in and out was great. The host extended my stay by 2 hours, which was appreciated. Mogliano Veneto is a nice place for tapas and eating out, the locals are very friendly.
