It was raining heavily and I parked the car 5 min away from the hotel. The lady at reception sent a nice gentlemen with the umbrella to pick me up and escort to the hotel. It was obviously not a part of their service but they did this extra step which made me feel so well taken care of. I also received welcome fruits and a glass of Prosecco which was so nice and unexpected.

Doručak se sastojao od hladnih proizvoda, sokova, keksiju i sl. koji su nas dočekali u apartmanu. S obzirom da se radi o apartmanu i u odnosu na cijenu, radi se o lijepoj gesti domaćina koja nas je razveselila i dobrodošla.

Great location - safe and a short walk from the station and the old town. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. There's a fridge, kettle and coffee machine - with supplies - in the room. Very good value for money. Getting picked up and dropped off at the station and airport was a very welcome free service, and the host sincerely means it when he says you can ask him at any time for help with your stay in Naples. The gift of Neapolitan cakes on arrival, and flowers for International Women's day on leaving were a much appreciated surprise. The stairs to the 4th floor are many and steep, and there is no lift - not for those with mobility difficulties.

Fabio was truly a kind and helpful ambassador for the city of Naples. He was there to help welcome us to the city, provided us with plenty of helpful tips and put us at ease in authentic Napoli neighbourhood which was wonderfully different to back home. The location is in historic centre of Naples making it convenient to walk to major sites, and train station to venture further abroad to Pompeii and Sorrento

HELPFUL HOST AND THERE TO GREET US AND MAKE SURE WE HAD A GOOD TRIP. EVEN RECOMMENDED US GETTING A TAKE AWAY PIZZA AND WINE AND USING THEIR DINING ROOM. IT WAS RAINING WHICH WAS GREAT AS WE WERE TIRED AFTER TRAVELLING ALL DAY.

If it is your first time in Naples, like us, the exterior of the place may be a little shocking but once you know what Naples is like you understand that you can be safe. Where the place is located is not so pretty but the apartment inside is very nice and comfortable. It's very clean, it's safe, the beds are comfortable, and it's quiet. The hosts are very friendly and communicative. We needed to leave our suitcases after departure time and they were very kind to store them until we needed them. The location was very convenient. Highly recommended.
