Perfect place. A great base for exploring Umbria. The apartment is very comfortable, super clean, fresh, in addition cleaned during your stay by the hosts. Beautiful views. The swimming pool is large, perfectly maintained, cleaned daily. The hosts are friendly, helpful, always smiling. Convenient parking, we found the place without any problems. Very good breakfast - a large selection of pastries, croissants, fruits, cheese, ham, salami, water, coffee, tea juice, yogurt and cereal. Very friendly approach to animals. I highly recommend. It was a pity to leave. I highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property set in the Umbrian hills. Mark and Erika could not have done more to make sure our stay was as wonderful as possible - from making sure dietary requirements were taken into account to helping us to source a last minute hire car.

Our stay exceeded our expectations!! We never had such a pleasant stay. The warm welcome and kindness of the owners made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A lovely couple who do everything to make the guests feel welcome and have a great stay. The appartement was very clean and there was plenty of room for two adults and two children. The pool was also very clean. Breakfast was included and delicious. When we arrived we received a delicious cake. During our stay we received another fruity cake as well as tasty tomatoes from the garden. When we left the owners made sure we had a good breakfast and food on the way. Like I said before we never had such a positive experience before. The children loved the couple and the location. For them it was a experience never to forget!

Welcoming and helpful owner, free private parking, spacious, renovated and very well equipped apartment. there's a nice pool but we haven't had a chance to use it due to season/weather.

The property is located just outside the hustle and bustle of city life. It was very spacious with ample parking and beautiful gardens. The outside area was lovely and gave everyone a relaxing space after a big day of sightseeing. Although we didn’t swim in the pool, it added to the relaxing atmosphere. Our host, Nicola, was very accommodating and made us feel at home. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay when visiting Perugia. Grazie Nicola!!

Easy to late at night. Late check in after midnight. Staff very welcoming. Lovely big family 2 bed apartment. Great to stop of with 2 dogs. Lots of grounds to walk the dogs. Really great for us to rest after long trip. Breakfast continental, and lovely. Felt rural, but back on motorway in a minute. Little Oasis. Thanks.

The accommodation was wonderful. The hosts (Marco and Michaela) made sure we felt very welcome. The house was equipped with everything you need during your stay. the beds are very comfortable and the house is very spacious. Everything was very clean and Marco and Michaela thought of everything that would make your stay enjoyable at their house. Marco also responds to your texts messages quickly and helps with ideas how to best get to the city or what to do in the neighbourhood. I would absolutely recommend to stay at this accommodation to anyone! You will love it!
