The property was quite walkable from the ferry terminal (15 min while wheeling a large duffle and carrying a backpack). The location was 5 min from a gorgeous beach and less to the main square. 10 minutes to the bus station. Simone met us outside the property, gave us a full orientation, and provided additional info via WhatsApp when we had more questions. He was also very responsive to our questions following our booking and prior to our stay. Finally some prior reviews reference a charge for linen and towels but they were included as part of our stay.

Our stay here was one of the highlights of our trip to Sardinia. Our host was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and plentiful (with fresh bread, pastries, cheeses, and fruits) and the view from the patio was stunning. We highly recommend for any couple to stay here and have a wonderful relaxing experience.

Everything was perfect – from the stunning location and breathtaking view to the well-appointed terrace and top-notch amenities. The villa itself was very elegant, with the entire ground floor at our disposal, offering ample space and a spectacular outdoor sitting area. Nestled just above the beach, a mere 100 meters' stroll to the sea, the villa was, in the same time, just a stone' throw away from downtown, replete with exceptional dining options. Our hosts were super nice and friendly. We mostly interacted with Nicola, who was very helpful and easy to reach. As an unexpected bonus, we had a company of a group of cute turtles and their canine companions. Undoubtedly, this was our most remarkable stay in Sardinia.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful, located just outside the busy part of town. Our room was private, spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved having breakfast in the courtyard. Antoinetta’s homemade pastries and the rest of the breakfast spread were lovely. The remote check in worked well and the hosts were very responsive and friendly.

We booked it 3 hours before our arrival and the host was even ready to prepare special bed for our older daughter. The balcony is really cool, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The position was amazing, just few steps from the main square.
