The most important thing - wonderful hosts! They were doing everything to make our stay enjoyable :) They asked what we would like for breakfast and they were preparing it every day - so if you prefer savory breakfast, you can also have scrambled eggs there :) Great location - very close to the main square with a beautiful sea view. The room was fine, all the necessities were there.

It was a great house, the beds were very comfortable and it had everything you could need. The garden was lovely and we enjoyed meals outside. We could walk to the beach and really enjoyed san Michele spiaggia. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, we will definitely come back!

Villa is perfectly located in the countryside from where we able to reach Numana and Sirolo within 10 min by car. This place is carefully maintained, offering relaxing and authentic ambient. Our room was cosy and spotlessly cleaned every day, tastefully decorated in a modern rustic style. In front of our room was a small patio, but the best part was the garden itself with sunbeds distributed under olive trees or positioned so you could soak up the sun. Breakfast was served in a wonderful barn. Variety of tipical italian breakfast and my favourite - tasty homemade tarts. This is the place to come back to and we are looking forward to it!

close to the main road and easy to reach but at the same time peaceful, it is a charming oasis of nature, with wonderful garden and even fireflies in the night. Spacious rooms with romantic furniture, we even had a terrace and jacuzzi, terrific natural soap smelling of herbs. Available personnel and very clean. Good quality/price ratio. Definitely recommended!
