The hotel is great for business travellers and tourists. It has washing machines, the rooms are spacious, and the overall service is great. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty of options for everyone. The restaurants on the first and second floor are very convenient as well.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. From the friendly staff, to the beautiful, large rooms. My friends and i enjoyed our stay here and wish we were here longer. Breakfast was lovely too, although very small portions. Would definitely stay again!

Location is excellent. Most of the attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. Room is spacious with a kichenette and a balcony. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. Staff are friendly and speak good English.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in my life. We had an amazing time here! The staff is so nice, with good food and an amazing location! This was our honeymoon and they even gave us a lite token because of it! Definitely worth staying.

Room size was suprisingly large for a Japanese hotel room, and the bed was massive. Good location super close to Nishiki Market and main downtown shopping area, while still close walk to public transport (bus, subway) etc. to access other popular areas of Kyoto. Staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, and spoke reasonably good english which was very helpful. Nice quiet lounge with free snacks, tea and even a free traditional japanese matcha drink prepared for us on our first day. Highly Recommend!!!
